Finance Committee (Vacant)
(Current oversight provided jointly by Phil Pfeffer and Jeff Rock)
The council's Finance Committee, under the leadership of the Vice President of Finance, is responsible for providing oversight for the council's Friends of Scouting campaign, special fundraising events, product sales, and the annual council finance audit. This committee is also responsible for the oversight of grant proposals and solicitation for gifts in kind designed to reduce council spending through the donation of goods and supplies used in the general operation of the council.
Membership Committee (Ron Hubbard, Jr.)
The council's Membership Committee, under the leadership of the Vice President of Membership, is responsible for providing oversight in the implementation of membership growth plans, new unit campaigns, relationships with external community organizations, Learning for Life programs, Scoutreach programs, and current membership retention and registration. This committee is also responsible for providing direct support to the districts in the implementation of membership growth campaigns, works with the council's commissioner service in renewing unit charters, and other projects as directed by the council president and the professional staff.
Program Committee (David Shoulders)
The council's Program Committee, under the leadership of the Vice President of Programs, is responsible for providing oversight and guidance in the implementation of adult leader training programs, youth activities, such as summer camp, Cub family weekends, Cub Scout day camp, civic service projects, advancement, aquatics related activities, and special activities, such as the Centennial Celebration, National Jamboree council contingent, and other projects as directed by the council president and the professional staff.
Properties Committee (Kevin Ogle)
The council's Properties Committee, under the leadership of the Vice President of Council Properties, is responsible for providing oversight and guidance regarding the use of the two council properties (Camp Wildcat Hollow and Camp Roy C. Manchester), the creation and enforcement of the council's camp use policy, council service center, the maintenance and development of the council properties, and all other projects as directed by the council president and Scout executive.
Technology Committee (Terry Tanner)
The council's Technology Committee, under the leadership of the Vice President of Technology, is responsible for the development of hardware and software resources for the council service center, on-line and telephone conferences, on-line camp reservations development, procurement of technology for use by the council's professional staff, and other projects at the direction of the council president and Scout executive.
