(October 8-10, 2011 at Camp Wildcat Hollow, Russellville, Kentucky)

The new 21st Century Wood Badge is an advanced training for all leaders within the Boy Scouts of America (Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity, and Venturing leaders).  Wood Badge is designed to train volunteer and professional leaders using the latest leadership skills.  The techniques and skills learned at Wood Badge are applicable within the local unit, at work, or anywhere that advanced leadership skills are used.  Beginning in 1919 and continued still today, Wood Badge is the paramount leadership training offered by the Boy Scouts of America.

The cost for this year's Wood Badge course is $190.00; a non-refundable $25.00 deposit is required to reserve a spot (48 spots available).  For more information about Wood Badge, please send an e-mail to woodbadge@shawneetrails.org or contact the council service center.

Click here to register on-line.  The council has configured DoubleKnot to accept the $25.00 deposit and you can create a unique user log-in to make payments to your Wood Badge account.
