Monthly Lost River District Meetings

As a part of district operations, there are three meetings that are held monthly.  These meetings are described below and are held at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 807 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, Kentucky. A map of the location of the church is located near the bottom of the left column of this page.

District Commissioner Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.  The monthly district commissioner meetings are an important aspect of commissioner service where unit commissioners report on their assigned units, receive supplemental commissioner training, and coordinate district support for the packs, troops, crews, ships, and posts within the district.  For more information about commissioner service, please contact the district commissioner.

District Roundtables
for Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venturing leaders are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  Monthly roundtables are a function of the district's commissioner service and provides unit leaders with supplemental training, demonstration of monthly program delivery methods, and  a time for fellowship.  For more information about district roundtables, please contact the district commissioner.

District Committee Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  The monthly district committee meeting is where the operating committees present reports on their progress to the committee chair and other members of the key three.  The meeting also has a breakout session for the various committees to meet and work on accomplishing short and long term planning in support of district events designed to support units within the district.
