The Lost River District is comprised of Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Simpson and Warren Counties, all located in Southcentral Kentucky. The district bestows a rich heritage of active Scouts and Scouters, while working to offer a diverse, quality program to area youth.

2009 Cub Scout Resident Camp @ Camp Wildcat Hollow
Cub Scout Resident Camp will be held at Camp Wildcat Hollow July 19-25. Ranger Brad Steele will serve as our Camp Director and Denise Grayson will serve as our Program Director. Webelos Resident Camp (incoming 4th & 5th graders) will be July 19-22 and the Cub Scout Resident Camp (incoming 2nd & 3rd graders) will be July 22-25. The price per scout is TBA, but will be approximately $80. This is a wonderful, extended overnight opportunity for our Cub Scouts, so let's get all of our boys signed up for this memorable event! National Youth Leadership Training Available in July 2009
The Council Training Team will be hosting a week-long training experience for Boy Scouts this summer at Camp Wildcat Hollow. The training experience is called National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) and is the premier training experience for Boy Scouts throughout the nation. A qualified staff of youth and adults will help instruct scouts on the principles of leadership and provide the tools needed to become better leaders in their troops and community.
