Below are the meeting times for the District Meetings.

The next meeting of the Mammoth Cave District Committee will be Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 6:45 p.m.  We will have District Elections at the THIS District Committee Meeting.   If you would like to serve on the District Committee, please feel free to attend.  The following positions need to be filled.

Program & Camping Chair, Marketing Chair, Membership Chair, Popcorn Kernel, Daycamp Director
 
The District Meetings in the future will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. 
            Time:  6:45 p.m.
            Place: Cumberland Presbyterian Church

The District Roundtable will now be held on the same night as the District Committee Meeting.  This is being done to eliminate multiple trips to meetings. 
 
The District Roundtables in the future will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
