The Boy Scouts of America will celebrate 100 Years of Scouting in 2010.   In 2005, National Council, BSA elected to increase the interval between National Jamborees from 4 years to 5 years in order to provide the opportunity to have the 2010 National Centennial Jamboree during the 100 Years of Scouting celebration!

You can be a part of this wonderful opportunity!

The Shanwee Trails Council has already started planning for this Once in a Lifetime opportunity.  This website will serve as the central communication point for all information regarding the 2010 National Jamboree.

Please make it a point to check this website on a regular basis.  The Jamboree planning committee will post updated plans, information, and other additional information to help you prepare for this experience.
